I do strength excercizes and treadmill 3, 4 times weekly. BIG DIFFERENCE!! I take a lunch in the car with me, and nibble between every appointment. That sustains me. If I stop and eat the whole thing, the eyes won't stay open on the next tuning! Tuning while sleeping is agony!! Before my last appointment I have my final treat, a corn muffin and the rest of the coffee. That last piano gets done very quickly and with strength. For some reason, corn fuels me??
