Hi Ron, 
             A great idea, gain lots of torque with out pressing down on
the wippen to prevent the traditional blade from slipping.  Often I find
that I have to support the wippen with my other hand when the screws are
half frozen in place, should be better for fine adjustment.
Did you use hornbeam or maple? which and why?
