A Career Question

With only 12 years to go to pension, and having health and other benefits
now, unless you really need to change careers I would stick with the
situation as it is with the additional advice of 
1.  Limit your tuning practice to allow time to spend with your family.
2.  Become and outstanding technician.
3.  Become an RPT
4.  (Can I talk about prices?) Make sure you are reimbursed well for your
knowledge and skills, and the time you spend away from your family.  (One
of the things I do love about this job is the ability to attend all my
children's important function at school and on the playing fields.
