Sounds like you're developing it!
Tuning posture can be really bad for your health -- one needs to 
exercise & strengthen various upper body muscle groups, abdominal 
muscles,etc. Stretching exercises, yoga, swimming, etc. are good 
antidotes to tuners' messed up muscles.
A good physical therapist (or chiropractor if you're into that 
specialty) can help you figure out what you need to do to rebalance 
yourself.
Or if you'd rather just deal with the symptom, a tooth guard can help 
you keep from grindin' your teeth away (if you're doin' it while 
you're working, you probably do it in your sleep too).
