No, it's not like you're soaking everything with the bleach.  You brush
it on, in two parts.  First coat you brush on, and wait 5 to 15 mins.
Then there's the second part, different liquid, brushed over the first
coat.  Then wait while it dries.  When dry, you sand off the residue,
which is like sand crystals.  Then sand with 400 grit and finish.  My
mistake was not masking the bridge sides, so it's a bit blotchy in
spots.
