Newton I think that is possible to calculate the new tension if the piano is bellow or above X cents. I suppose that each 4 cents = 1 cps or if the piano is bellow 1 cent, it is at 339 cps. With this number, 339, you may use a spreadsheet and to calculate the new wire tension with F = 339 and you will have the relation between cent and tension. I suppose that this is possible but....
