Move the action parts to the start of escapement (jack tender 
contacting the LO button) and then load grams weights onto the key 
until, from a dead start these weights will overcome the escapement 
friction. Remember that the escapement friction goes through its own 
decreasing gradient as the jack moves out from under the knuckle. 
Because of this, no "bumps" are allowed
