Hi Pat,
It has been a while since I worked on these things, and I don't have my
reference books
any more.
You say it was oiled, is that the organ, or just the Leslie assembly?
Hammond had some older models, that had a tone generator, that had to be
oiled.

newsletter.
Check the MITA list again for some leads.
