Ross Funny thing John, there was a bill presented at the initial condemnation ceremony. It briefly described the piano's problems and pronounced it not serviceable without major overhaul. At the second condemnation, the new owner mentioned having seen the invoice with my name on it and claiming that as de facto evidence that I had indeed rebuilt it! That was for what at the time was a $35 service call!!! So you see it didn't have to even get to the third time before I was really happy to be there. Still, there are other appointments I go to in utter dread that turn out to be the best thing that's happened to me all week. Every day's a new adventure if you don't weaken. <G> Ron N
