Hi Phil, One of the quickest ways to make an action feel lighter, besides what others have said, is to regulate the damper lift if they're lifting too soon. I have to do this all the time on new Baldwins. Assuming dip, let-off, etc. are correct, this can make a "big" difference. Good luck.
