Outlook Express saves all your email in the following Windows folder:
C:\Windows\Application Data\Identities\{CA603E6080....}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express.

Your Address Book is in nearly the same Windows Folder:
C:\Windows\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book

You will probably find find you email does not fit on a floppy disk. I
regularly back mine up on a CD. Also, there is always the archive!
