"Hacked-up" trap-work

Thanks to everyone for the advice on the pedal re-work. As it turns
out there was no room for any kind of capstan screw, so I just put in
a carefully sized shim and action felt as a damper pedal lever stop. And
upon closer examination, the dowel through the guide hole in the keybed
was not sqeaking, so I just left it be (with a little more graphite
on the leather lining). I may rebuild it someday, but it seems to be
working OK for now.
