Phil, I have this happen to me as well. I leave my Protek in the trunk. All the liquid eventually evaporates and there is a gellish substance the color of Protek left in the bottle. Maybe this is due to excess heat. ?? Do you think this might happen to all the action centers to which said liquid is applied? Hope not. :-) What I have begun to do is to return all the Protek from the oiler to the container after use so that leaks and/or evaporation will be minimized.
