Protek evaporation

Hi John,
I think that the green mught be caused from a chemical reaction to the metal
in your oiler.
My Protek is now kept in a plastic only bottle and cap, that has a long thin
needle tube dispenser that fits the bottle. After each use the dispenser is
taken off the bottle and the cap put on. The dispenser has a nifty cap to
protect the needle tube. Whwn putting the lid back on the plastic bottle I
give it a little squeeze so that if it gets hot there is some room for
expansion.
