Hi Richard,

Re: bridge and CA

Think in terms of the total mass and volume of the bridge
and compare that to the same about the usable amount of CA.

Bridges are made of rock maple here and beech there. THese
are very hard and dense woods.

One 57 gram bottle of CA is not going to substantially
effect the performance of the bridge but will effect the
coupling of the bridge pin to the bridge.

Moisture retention or los will not cause any appreciable
change in the bridge but will do so in the soundboard.

If you are talking about soaking a bridge in CA then it may
gain 100 grams of weight unless it has been drilled first.
How much does a bridge weigh? Two kilos? More?

I have often thought bridges could be made of bridge but the
termination points could be made of metal thus eliminating
notching and loose pins as a source of poor termination.
