Hi Roger. Yes they are thick. I have the same setup on a square I am rebuilding in my shop. The damper wire guides are holes drilled through the plate, pinblock, and then some timber under the pinblock. The hole is lined with a black thin cloth-type stuff. See all the fun you miss out on only working on those brand new $50,000 high-class pie-ann-ers! ;-) Terry Farrell Piano Tuning & Service Tampa, Florida mfarrel2@tampabay.rr.com ----- Original Message ----- From: "Roger Jolly" <baldyam@sk.sympatico.ca> To: <pianotech@ptg.org> Sent: Sunday, September 24, 2000 10:11 PM Subject: Re: Rebush Damper Guide Rail > Wow, that's a thick guide, does it have bushing cloth the full length? > Roger > >Hi Roger.
