Hi! I have been in the business nearly 23 years and started out tuning auraly and was aloud to tune with a accutuner II and ended up buying it as it saved time. I then bought the Cybertuner and feel like it makes less mistakes than the AT II. I still tune some by ear and I always check for mistake in the Cybertuner as It also makes mistakes on occation. They both make mistakes at the break where the strings crossover and It is usually one to three notes. I have done retakes on the testing and have solved the problem. I also have gotten better results by going to another piano of the same model. I'm not sure why all this happens. I keep the best tests and have no other problems. Alan Meyer Assoc. Las Vegas NV
