Since the airfare is a companion one, $380 for TWO people, maybe Newton could get someone in the U.S. to accompany him out of JFK to Norway. There is no extra charge on Icelandair to stay over a few nights in Reykjavik on the way to or from Norway (or anywhere else they fly). I don't think Newton's health would permit him to travel alone, but maybe someone here might be interested in this two-for-one deal. You have to start your trip before March 31 and return by April 10, and you MUST reserve the tickets by January 10. Carol Beigel BTW those horses, jeeps and snow scooters sound like a blast. I probably won't last more than an hour on any one of them! So far, my biggest coup has been to find a windproof/waterproof parka with a zip in/out goose down lining that I can zip up over my waist! The coat cost as much as my half the airfare! At least I'll be comfortable the few times I walk my dog in Pittsburgh in the winter. >From: "Ola Andersson" <pianola@online.no> >Reply-To: pianotech@ptg.org >To: <pianotech@ptg.org> >Subject: SV: Off to Iceland!
