Hi Patrick, The Peterson is a good instrument, very similar to the Conn. That is if the motor is not making a lot of noise <G> They will not do the stretch for you, but once you set the temperment, you can use the tool to achieve a very good tuning. Jim Coleman Sr. wrote a paper on using this type of device Long time ago! And has, or still may have a few of the paper cutouts that show how and when to change reading the notes to set the strobe.
