The newest Journal on the just released 21-year CD is now 1 year old, so I understand the question. The Home Office has assured us that all Journals from January 2000 on will be archived in electronic form. This means that future electronic Journal compilations can be converted directly; this will allow them to be produced both much more cheaply _and_ in higher quality. To encourage future electronic Journals, 1) buy the 2 Journal CD products :) and 2) tell your RVP and your Council delegate to support future electronic Journals. Kent Swafford
