Hello Brian,

Thanks for the kind post. I must say that since joining Steinway and Sons in 
August I have been very, very impressed with Steinway's attitude toward its 
customers, both dealers and the pianists that purchase the instruments, and 
have received only the highest support for providing the best service 
possible.

I feel sure that my efforts are only a reflection of the company as a whole.
