Bzzzing Dampers

Hi Jolly & Stacy,

The shank knurling pliers, # 291 in the Schaff catalog, will squeeze the
underlever leads very nicely without removing the underlever. Just be careful to
hold them straight so as not to damage the flange bushing. I have used them for
this purpose several times.
