Yamaha PT3 Tuner

Picture tube = CRT, (Cathode Ray Tube), not RCT.  That would be a
Rayburn Cyber Tuner  ;-)
If it needs a new tube a local electronics parts store may be able to
order one or a compatible clone if it is no longer in production.
