     Sounds like you need a guy with about 30 years of expierience who has
run his own shop and is proffiecent at every thing . Starting salary hhmmmmm
must be worth about $100,000 a year or so don't you think?  But really
where,s  your starting  salary come in at? Just curious at what the market
for such a person is willing to bear.
