Well, the whole discussion of Big Brother breathing down our necks was WAY
overblown in the first place.

Again, it is not the discussion of a price -- whether it be for a part or
for a service -- that is illegal. It is the discussion of a price with the
aim of fixing it to the detriment of the consumer that is illegal. Unless,
of course, you are a wholesaler of electrical energy in which case it's free
market competition -- supply and demand and all that....
