Set some sample dampers at the piano to the correct lift timing.
Place a wedge / mute under the damper lift rod untill you can
just make the sampled dampers move by lifting at the wippen
cushion or sticker/abstract. Set the rest of the spoons
to match this immediate lift, it will get you close. I hate
bending spoons.
