Well... outside of getting a set of different pitched A forks...
I suppose you could simply use your ears to offset for bps. 2bps
up from 440 would give you 442 and so on.  You'd probably have to
accept a certain margin for error but I suppose with practice you
would get real good at this. Paul wrote:
