Inadvertent pitch raise with SAT III

When the SAT III is used to tune A4, it is using the 4th partial.  If is says
8 cents stretch, then it thinks, based on its FAC readings, that such a
tuning for the 4th partial of A4 will result in the fundamental being 440.
So it is not a pitch raise.
