Ivory Keytop Cracks

That is an excellent drawing.  Wish I could do that.

I like the support idea.  

One further thought.  Once the ivory is bleached it may be possible
(after being dried well) to work some thin CA intro the crack then
before it sets solidly carve, cut and sand the CA down to the surface
of the key then polish the lot.  I haven't tried it but it seems it
will work.  If this is done before the  bleaching the dark line will
remain forevermore.
