Billings flanges

The trick here is to open the arms of the flange so the new pin will
go through the flange.  Pick the pin size the fits properly in the
bushings.  You might want to go to Schaff anyway and get a dozen
flanges because I have had the old ones split when opening them up. 
You should also have a few around for future use.

You only need to open them up about 15 or twenty degrees.
