Dr Joel Wallach of "Dead doctors don't lie" fame says Carpal Tunnel syndrome
is caused by a deficiency of arsenic, manganese and choline.  He is a
veterinarian and also a naturopathic doctor.  He recommends b-6 at 75 mg
tid, zinc at 50 mg tid and plant derived colloidal minerals.

For arthritis he has a pig arthritis formula consisting of 1 ounce of liquid
minerals, and 1 ounce of his mineral, vitamin and amino acid liquid mixed
with 1/2 oz gelatin powder in 5 oz of calcium enriched orange juice.

I've just turned 71 and I've been taking this for about 5 years.  The
mobility in my neck has improved noticeably (I used to have a hard time
turning my head to back up my van).  Never had trouble with arthritis or
carpal tunnel syndrome, but my gray hair has recovered a noticeable amount
of color around the temples ( copper deficiency).
Copper deficiency also causes hardening of the arteries.
