I think Andre buduc or piano tech sella real half inch quarter sawn plugs
for plugging and re drilling pinblocks. I've made my own but not sure it's
worth it if a whole set is needed. I think it took me about 2 hrs to make a
set from left over pieces.I could not tell the difference between the
plugged block or completely new block.
 I think advice is already posted as to 3 inch tenon cutter.
