Hi Clark The short answer is, that depends it on how a person describes value. If it' strictly a monetary consideration then probably yes. If the value is musical and sentimental or one of those then possibly no. Just from the details you listed a ballpark figure for that type of work will obviously vary but figure on 4,5,or6 k or more. Whats the market value of said piano after that kind of work depends on the the musical outcome (the salesman)and the market. does that help a little.
