ETD Unisons was something else

OK, I understand what you were saying. When I tune, I use two mutes and tune
my unisons as I tune each note: Center string to the SAT, left string to the
center, and right string to the center. Then when I am all done I quickly
run down each note just checking unisons. I tune the left and right strings
to the center string by ear, but I do look at the SAT just to help me along
with whether the string I am tuning is sharp or flat of my target. I find it
also helpful to do it this way because every once in a while I catch a
middle string dropping a tad in pitch. I can catch it right there that way.
