What do piano tuners find on the web?

I am writing in my capacity as chair of PTG's Electronic Communications
Committee.

I wish to solicit comments on what you have found to be useful on the web,
both in general _and_ relating specifically to your piano service business.
Why do you continue to connect your computer to the web? Has the web been
good for your business, and if so, how?

We invite comments from all who receive this post, and we especially invite
comments from those who have begun using the web recently. What were you
expecting on the web? What did you find instead? Disappointments? Pleasant
surprises? Specific sites?

Reply on the list or privately to me, as you wish. This is neither a survey,
nor anything pretending to be scientific. We are simply looking for some
anecdotal material, and would be most grateful for any responses.

Thank you, thank you!
