It sure sounds like a during production event. If there is indeed delamination then there should be measureable torque differences from one section to the other. Were you able to take measurements? Did you assess the fit of the block to the flange? Are you sure that the soundboard is stable? That is, is there overbearing on the bridge in the upper half? PR-J
