Hmmm, The closest the Pierce Atlas lists to a "Johannes something something" is a "Sommer, Sebastian" Maybe someone else will get bach to you on it. I guess the best thing to do is ask the owner what he's selling it for, compare that with the money you earn, the money you have available to spend, the cost of other makes of pianos for sale and work it out from there.
