M&H console/damper spoon problem

You can try the quick'n'dirty method. If the spoons are lifting too
early, you can try this: Push down the key while you push on the top of
the damper lever with a screwdriver or other tool. It will bend the
spoon a little bit, enough to change the timing. If it goes too far,
remove the key, undo the bridle strap, and push down on the whippen.
This will bend the spoon the other way.
By the way, good luck with regulating those sostenuto stickers. I
made a hook tool to bend them while in the piano. That system is very
difficult to regulate and make to work. Even at best it is not very
good.
