Call me at 561 260 7110 and I will talk you through the whole process. With the proper jig ( cost a whopping $2.75) you can do the whole procedure in less than 5 minutes. Once you get visual picture of regulating damper spoons outside of the piano, the job is quite easy...and painless. Other than making some critical measurements, the whole procedure is done outside of the piano. You'll find this procedure particularly useful with future action reconditioning jobs, as you can include a damper spoon regulation with total ease. The improvement in touch ,especially from a consistency point of view, is quite noticeable. You'll be a hero time and time again!!!
