This  M Steinway that retails at $43,000 new appraised at over 30,000 as is 
and now priced at $24,800 is an excellent deal. This piano is only 11 years 
young with very little use. Regularly tuned and has a full climate control 
system. Located in SC and can be shipped anywhere in the us. The piano could 
be purchased and soled for profit. In some parts of the united states people 
would pay over 30g's for this piano. It is in excellent condition action, 
hammers, knuckles all have little wear. Walnut case is in very good
