TP bushings: was pinblock hole alignment

If you don't have the setup for drilling in the piano, you can drill the 
bushings in the plate.

Once the bushings are installed, remove the plate, drill from the bottom at 
the angle at
which the block was drilled. This will ensure a better alignment.
