Yep got to agree here. Although I can't tell corfam/escaine from shinola 
there is plenty of it in todays actions and has been for many years now. 
Some, if not most, of it is performing its function reasonably well 
considering some of the objects it is used on. About the only application 
where 'todays' synthetics are not up to snuff is on grand back checks...but 
that is just personal opinion.
