Yes... its paid in our taxes... which are indeed very high. That being said,
Norways citizens have more buying power after taxes then most other peoples of
the world.  Last I looked at different ways of figuring  that  kind of thing we
were like in the top 3 in the world no matter how you looked at it.

I doubt seriously whether you will ever get that kind of thing to work over
there. America is just too deeply committed to different kinds of solutions for
such things to happen. I mean look what happened to Hillary and Bill when they
tried.  The idea never really got off the ground... they didnt have a chance.
Even if they had had a 75 % majority of radical leftists in both houses I think
the matter would still be doomed.... its just not ...America.... that may
change one day for sure... but that day is not today. (grin.....perhaps after 4
years of younger Bush y'all might wake up...hehe)

But we are getting wayyyyy of topic now I suppose... and I can hear those
footsteps behind me again...
