A colleague in my Chapter said it all began with Liberace's demise.  When I 
read that one of the reasons for the bankruptcy filing was due to 
"disproportionate severance agreements", I thought it meant that the woman 
who had single handedly ruined the company had managed to take off with her 
million dollar prize for doing so.

I hope that what others have suggested, the bankruptcy filing means she won't 
get that money, not that she took it and left everyone else in the company 
holding the bag.

I hope the company survives, one way or the other and continues to produce a 
good, American style and quality piano.  What the piano industry does not 
need is a dealer who flies off the handle like the guy who wrote the A**hole 
post.
