Ahemm...
2.5 year old custom home,  some questionable reputations of contractor.
Plastic crappie tubing = polybutalyne, subject of one of largest class action
cases in U.S. history with thousands of home owner and professional claims of
leakage problems.
Now illegal for use in home construction in most states.
