A Business Dilemma

I very much appreciate everyone's response to what I posed as a general 
business dilemma, and a possible chapter/dealer issue. I've gotten some very 
good advice, and feel hopeful that my particular situation will end here 
(yes, Ric, I am aware of the litigious nature of our culture), but that the 
general issue will be aired more among local chapters and between dealers and 
technicians. Here in my local chapter, there is the possibility that this 
might create a possibility of a local technician/dealer- relations chapter 
meeting. Does anyone else have experience with something of this sort being 
set up, and what the results were? Perhaps if there were more of these types 
of meetings, some of these "situations" wouldn't become "problems".
