Also, do hamstring stretches on your legs.  There is a correlation between
tight hamstrings and lower back pain.

    From what I've been able to learn, it seems that most lower back pain
results from having the muscles of the back be stronger than the muscles in
the front. ( The Abs.) So, if you have lower back pain, start doing those
ab-crunches!
