Dead links and SPAM

Yes, Rob, a suggestion:  don't reply.  Those replies are only in there to
give them your *particular* email address, since they have spammed you as
part of a larger group.  In other words, if the thing works at all, the
disclaimer is only a hook in reality.  Don't reply.
