Were M&Hs always made in the factory in Boston? What I am getting at, is =
were they made in the same factory both pre-Aeolian & when Aeolian owned =
M&H? Are they now made in the same factory? I am aware that the new M&H =
is working from original blueprints and has many of the original =
machines, molds, presses, etc. that were used by M&H back at the turn of =
the century - the next to last one that is, i.e. 1900. Does anyone know =
if Aeolean cut any corners when making the major structural components =
of the piano, i.e. the rims, keybed, belly rail, or plate - anything =
that cannot be readily fixed?

Sounds very interesting Wim. What kind of Renners did you use. And, =
just curious, who is Paul Manichino? Thanks.=20

Standard Renners. Just tell them they are for a M&H BB.=20

Paul Manachino is a long time M&H employee who used to work for the =
factory in Rochester and then some. He has been employed by Renner to =
teach classes and promote the product. Very nice man, and extremely =
knowledgeable about "the way they used to make pianos."=20
