This is from a local Radio DJ. Kind of lame but a little
amusing.

Today's weather in Afganistan:

Large bursts of intense sunlight are to be expected particularly
in military occupied regions. Intense heat wave conditions
likely. SPF 34,000 recommended unless surrounded by walls of 4'
concrete. Winds will exceed hurricane force but no rain is
forecast. Humidity will be at the zero mark and barometric
pressures will fluctuate radically at times. Air quality will be
poor. Tonight the sky is expected to continue to be bright
although the moon will not be visible. Overall it will be a bad
day and vacationing in foreign countries is encouraged.
Tomorrow's forecast will be much of the same.
